Sandals Inn
Montego Bay, Jamaica

JamaicaTripper Review: Sandals Inn is the answer to the budget-conscious traveler who wants to enjoy an all-inclusive Sandals property. This small hotel isn't the sprawling beachfront resort usually associated with the Sandals chain, but it does have many of the same amenities.

An all-inclusive package here takes care of transfers, activities, drinks and dining. Guests can also partake in the Sandals dinearound policy to eat and play at other Sandals resorts (with free transportation to the Mo Bay resorts). There's also a free shuttle that runs throughout the day to take you and yours (remember, this is a couples-only resort) from the inn to the larger Sandals Montego Bay or Sandals Royal Caribbean to enjoy beach fun.

On-property facilities include tennis, a fairly small pool (by Sandals standards) and room service. There's a public beach located across the street.

Clientele: Like other Sandals resorts, Sandals Inn is for couples only. Sandals no longer limits this to male-female couples.

Good Choice If:

you'd like to stay at a Sandals but you're watching your budget
you'd like room service but don't want to pay for a higher-tier room at one of the other Sandals properties
you'd like to be closer to downtown

Bad Choice If:

you really want to stay on the beach
you want a large number of restaurants on property (you'll still be able to hop the shuttle to dine at Sandals Montego Bay and Sandals Royal Caribbean but dining is more limited right on property.)
