What to do

Bob Marley Museum
56 Hope Road, Kingston

Marley fans shouldn’t miss this shrine to the legendary reggae superstar, housed in what was his home. A visit here includes a tour and a movie about Marley’s life. On the tour, you'll see the medicinal herb garden, Marley's bedroom, and other rooms filled with magazine and newspaper articles about the late reggae star. There's a gift shop and restaurant at the complex as well.

Photos are allowed only of the statue at the entrance to the home, not on the tour itself.

The house is located in a good section of town; don't confuse it with the Trenchtown Culture Yard which takes a look at an older Bob Marley House in the Trenchtown neighborhood, an area tourists should not travel without a guide.
