Fish Tea

1 dozen green bananas, peeled and chopped
2 onions, chopped
5 pounds fresh fish, chopped
1 Scotch bonnet (other hot pepper may be used to taste)
Escallion to taste
Pepper to taste

Boil all ingredients in a covered pot for one hour. Remove hot pepper before serving. Some cooks also add cho-cho, carrots, turnips, chicken noodle soup mix, and potatoes to their rendition of this soup.
